Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
For remote locations, delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout.
Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges apply based on the delivery location, ranging from ₹99 to ₹1990.
Free shipping may be available for select locations and promotional offers.
Delivery Timeline
Processing Time: Generally Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. For limited time orders, on-sale & pre-orders, processing time may vary.
Shipping Time: The estimated delivery time varies by location:
- Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 10-15 business days
- Remote Areas: Up to 20 business days
Total Delivery Time: 10-20 business days from the order date.
Pre-Orders & Bulk Orders: May take up to 90 days for delivery, based on stock availability and customization.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, whatsapp or SMS to monitor the status of your delivery.
In case of any delays, our team will notify you with updated delivery timelines.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for electric cycles, electric kits, spares, and accessories at select locations.
Additional COD handling charges may apply.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
In case of courier service unavailability in certain areas, alternative arrangements will be made.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
Changes to the delivery address can be made within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.
After dispatch, address modifications may not be possible.
Shipping Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to weather conditions, unforeseen logistics issues, or government restrictions.
